Corporate / Mergers & Acquisitions Associate Attorney AmLaw, Regional & Boutique Law Firm Opportunities Compensation$150,000 – $300,000+
Aligned Talent Acquisition is continually seeking experienced Corporate / Mergers & Acquisitions Associate Attorneys for opportunities with Am Law 100, Am Law 200, regional, and boutique law firms throughout Ohio , including Cleveland, Columbus, Cincinnati, Dayton, and Toledo .
If you have experience representing private companies, public companies, private equity sponsors, or entrepreneurs in sophisticated corporate transactions, I'd love to connect.
Ideal Background• 2–8 years of corporate transactional experience
• Experience with mergers and acquisitions, asset and stock purchases, private equity transactions, and strategic investments
• Experience drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, operating agreements, shareholder agreements, and related transaction documents
• Experience performing legal due diligence and coordinating transaction closings
• Experience advising closely held businesses, middle-market companies, or institutional clients
• Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and client counseling skills
• Excellent academic credentials
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required
• Ohio bar admission required or ability to become admitted
