Job Title: Administrative Assistant/Mailroom Associate
Client: Health Care Industry
Duration: 3 Months contract with possible extension
Location: Fargo, ND 58103

Description :

Verify and key data captured through imaging systems.
Add index values to scanned correspondence images.
Perform other assigned clerical duties.

Minimum Qualifications :

High school diploma or GED.
6 months clerical/related experience.
Computer skills, keyboarding, and data entry (65-75 WPM).

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience with Microsoft applications, SharePoint, and Outlook.
Effective communication, reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to sit for prolonged periods and use the telephone effectively.
