Superlanet is growing and hiring on-site Recruiters in San Diego . This is a performance-driven role designed for someone who wants to build a career in Healthcare IT staffing, recruiting, and client management .

You’ll start by learning the recruiting side of our business—sourcing and placing top Healthcare IT talent—and, as you demonstrate strong performance, you'll have the opportunity to grow into an Account Manager role , taking on client relationships, business development, and greater responsibility.

What You’ll Do

\n

\n

As a Recruiter:

\n

\n
• Source, screen, and interview Healthcare IT candidates
\n
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
\n
• Partner with clients and internal teams to meet hiring needs
\n
• Meet weekly and monthly activity and placement goals
\n
• Learn the Healthcare IT staffing industry and evaluate technical resumes with confidence
\n
• Develop strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process
\n

As You Grow Into an Account Manager:

• Build and maintain relationships with hospital and healthcare clients
\n
• Understand client staffing needs and develop effective talent solutions
\n
• Manage client accounts and serve as a trusted point of contact
\n
• Identify new business opportunities and help grow existing accounts
\n
• Partner with recruiting teams to deliver high-quality candidates
\n
• Take on increased responsibility and earning potential based on performance

What We’re Looking For

\n

\n
• 3+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, sales, account management, or other client-facing roles
\n
• Agency recruiting or staffing experience is a plus
\n
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
\n
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, Editor, and PowerPoint
\n
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
\n
• High energy, professionalism, and competitive drive
\n
• Goal-oriented and motivated by career growth and earning potential
\n
• Ability to work fully on-site in San Diego
\n

• Base salary: $60,000–$70,000
