Our foremen are responsible for understanding the complete scope of their assigned work, planning how it will be executed, coordinating labor and materials, communicating with customers and project management, and ensuring the project is completed safely, efficiently, and to Triad's quality standards.
Depending on the size of the project, a Working Foreman may lead a small crew while actively performing electrical work or may function at a superintendent level while coordinating multiple crews and project activities.
The ideal candidate has successfully taken industrial electrical projects or major scopes from startup through installation, testing, punch list, and closeout. We prefer to promote within with long-term advancement opportunities into superintendent, project management, estimating, controls, and other leadership roles.
