Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities through calling, networking, and lead generation. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Conduct sales presentations to potential clients. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute campaigns to drive sales. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activities. Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients. Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance sector. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Self-motivated and driven to succeed. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools. Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
