At Crumbl Cookies, our Shift Leads are key to running smooth, efficient, and fun shifts. This position is ideal for someone who leads with kindness, communicates clearly, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. As a Shift Lead, you’ll guide your team through baking delicious cookies, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and maintaining a clean, positive workspace.

Beyond technical skills, we’re looking for someone who is bubbly, kind, and level-headed—even when things get stressful. This role requires excellent critical thinking and communication skills, as well as the confidence to have direct but respectful conversations when quality or standards need correction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the shift team: Support and guide bakers to meet expectations for speed, quality, cleanliness, and service
• Uphold Crumbl standards: Ensure every cookie is made and presented with excellence, and every customer is treated with care
• Coach and mentor: Provide on-the-spot feedback and help team members grow, creating a culture of continuous improvement
• Set the tone: Be a positive presence and help create a fun, respectful, high-performing work environment
• Think on your feet: Use strong critical thinking to solve problems, adjust plans, and manage challenges as they arise
• Own the shift: Delegate tasks, prioritize prep, and manage shift flow efficiently
• Communicate clearly: Keep the team informed, handle tough conversations with kindness, and share feedback with the General Manager
• Model excellence: Show up with energy, professionalism, and integrity every day

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills are a must
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Positive, bubbly attitude with the confidence to give constructive feedback
• Passion for personal development and a desire to grow in and outside of work
• Calm and level-headed under pressure
• Detail-oriented with a high standard for quality and cleanliness
• Dependable and punctual, with open availability (excluding Sundays)
• Able to work on your feet and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods

Schedule & Expectations:

We’re looking for someone with open availability (excluding Sundays—we’re closed!) who’s ready to lead by example. This is a hands-on leadership role that balances baking with team development and customer experience.
