Step into an essential role supporting student success in a dynamic learning environment near Vaughn, MT. As an on-site facilitator alongside a Virtual Special Education Teacher, you'll foster growth and provide guidance to students in grades 7–12. With a manageable caseload of 14 students, your focus will be on helping learners reach their full potential throughout the school year.

Key Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a paraprofessional or equivalent support position within a school setting
• Genuine interest in working with students who have diverse learning needs
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with virtual educators
• Strong organizational abilities to maintain records and assist with daily tasks
• Resourceful, adaptable, and patient approach to problem-solving
• Ability to implement and monitor individualized educational strategies

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site supervision and support for students while they participate in virtual Special Education instruction
• Assist students with assignments, maintain focus, and encourage engagement with the curriculum
• Collaborate closely with the Virtual Special Education Teacher to ensure individual education plans (IEPs) are followed and objectives are met
• Facilitate communication between students and the virtual teacher, relaying questions and feedback as needed
• Help with classroom organization, support behavioral expectations, and create a welcoming atmosphere
• Navigate and utilize basic educational technology to aid instruction
