Colorado Springs Radiologists, PC/PENRAD Imaging has a full time Receptionist/Billing Clerk position available (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday).

As a PENRAD Imaging Receptionist/Billing Clerk, you will utilize your expertise to:

• Provide all receptionist duties; all phone duties, greeting visitors/vendors, including answering and transferring incoming calls at the front desk in a professional, courteous manner,
• Print, sort, verify, and mail all paper claims,
• Scan daily correspondence and handwritten appeals for Claims Representatives,
• Work HCFA Review and Statement Review in the billing system daily and make any corrections needed,
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service, and
• Demonstrate PENRAD Imaging's core values at all times to patients and coworkers: Compassion, Respect, Integrity, Innovation and Excellence

Qualified applicants will require:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Basic computer skills
• Experience in the insurance billing industry
