UI UX Designer

Key Responsibilities Design and develop user interfaces for web applications using ReactJS or AngularJS, ensuring a seamless user experience. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design concepts. Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand requirements and translate them into user-friendly designs. Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas. Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies to ensure our products remain at the forefront of innovation. Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and ensuring design consistency and quality. Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and accurate implementation. Analyze user data and feedback to make informed design decisions and optimizations. Ensure that design guidelines and standards are implemented consistently across various platforms. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in UI/UX design and development, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of user interfaces and experiences. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools. Strong expertise in front-end frameworks, specifically ReactJS or AngularJS. Experience conducting user research and usability testing. Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly and effectively. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
