What You’ll Do (Your Power Moves) 

Lead, Motivate & Coach – Develop a team of high-performing customer service professionals to achieve top-tier results
Drive Process & Efficiency – Implement, monitor, and refine structured processes that maximize productivity and customer satisfaction
Optimize Call Center Operations – Ensure every call is handled with speed, precision, and exceptional service
Solve Problems & Elevate the Experience – Handle escalated customer concerns and implement strategies to continuously improve service
Colaborate Across Departments – Work closely with sales, field operations, and leadership to ensure a seamless customer experience
Monitor & Improve Key Metrics – Own performance indicators like call response time, customer satisfaction scores, and operational efficiency
