Seeking an experienced Cath Lab Tech to provide specialized diagnostic and interventional support in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The role involves performing procedures, interpreting cardiac rhythms, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures in the cath lab setting.
- Analyze EKG strips accurately, including rate, rhythm, P waves, PR interval, and QRS complex.
- Prepare and operate imaging and monitoring equipment for procedures.
- Respond promptly to emergency call shifts, arriving within 30 minutes.
- Collect and verify all required certifications, licenses, and documentation prior to start.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care and safety compliance.
- Minimum of one year of Cath Lab tech experience.
- Valid NJ Diagnostic Radiologist Tech License or equivalent; in-hand at submission.
- ARRT (R) Radiography certification or relevant imaging credentials.
- Current NJ or Compact state license required at submission.
- Proof of full COVID vaccination and booster at submission.
- Experience interpreting cardiac rhythms and performing arrhythmia exams with an 80% passing score.
