Operations Technician I/II

Operations Technician II As an Operations Technician II, you will support pipeline operations, maintain facility equipment, analyze data to resolve technical and operational problems, and ensure compliance with permits and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities Safely maintain equipment and support pipeline operations, including reading and interpreting drawings. Inspect, supervise equipment, and maintain operation/technical standards and/or governmental requirements. Analyze data and collaborate with others to find solutions to technical or operational problems. Follow all company policies and apply appropriate operating and maintenance procedures. Acquire knowledge of and adhere to requirements for safe and efficient operation of facilities, execution of tasks, protection of community, personnel, environment, and assets. Maintain general knowledge of site/location/equipment and permitting. Complete assigned reports, logs and maintain accurate records of process operations. Perform preventative maintenance on equipment. Other duties as assigned. Education & Experience High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum two (2) years’ related experience, including one (1) year experience as a technician in the oil and gas industry. Associates or two-year technical degree preferred. Additional Requirements Work in extreme temperatures, loud noises, and enclosed spaces. Capacity to lift or carry up to 50 lbs and team lift loads greater than 50 lbs. Stand, walk, climb, bend, stoop, squat for long periods. Work at elevated levels with appropriate PPE. Available after hours, on-call, nights, weekend shifts, holidays, overtime, and travel. Valid State Driver’s License with clean driving record. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PC skills, Process Control Systems, PLCs.
