Looking for an OTA role where you’re supported, valued, and encouraged to grow?

Trinity Rehab Services is hiring a PRN - Occupational Therapist Assistant to work across Skilled Nursing and Outpatient services in the Brook Park area. You’ll join a collaborative, person-centered team with strong onsite support and realistic expectations.

What You’ll Do:

Provide OTA services/establish plans of care
Treat patients in SNF and/or Outpatient settings as appropriate
Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team
Deliver individualized, meaningful patient care
Complete documentation efficiently and accurately

What We’re Looking For:

OH Licensed Occupational Therapist Assistant or Pending licensure
New graduates encouraged to apply
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
