Providence Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse Obstetrics to join its Women's & Children's Services team. This role provides direct patient care to obstetric patients in a fast-paced hospital environment, supporting labor, delivery, postpartum care, and patient education. This is a 100% onsite role in Santa Rosa, CA.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to obstetric patients
- Monitor maternal and fetal status during labor and delivery
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and interdisciplinary care teams
- Educate patients and families on childbirth, postpartum care, and newborn care
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with hospital standards
- Ensure compliance with all patient safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Active California RN license upon hire
- BLS (AHA) certification upon hire
- NRP certification upon hire
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
