Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background and be capable of providing excellent patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and monitor patient conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
• Engage with patients and their families to provide support and information.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes.

Schedule Requirements

• Shifts will be from 7 PM to 7 AM.
• Weekends and holidays will be required as needed.
• Flexibility to float between units as necessary.

Holiday Requirement

The candidate will be expected to work during major holidays. Specifically, this includes two out of three of the following upcoming holidays: Thanksgiving Day/Black Friday, Christmas Eve/Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve/New Year's Day. If the contract spans only two of these holidays, the expectation is to work one of those two.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required.
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications are required.
• Ability to care for patients with COVID-19.
• Must be a tobacco and fragrance-free individual.

Additional Information

The candidate will be assessed by clinical leadership to evaluate fit and effectiveness within the unit. Successful candidates will be forwarded to management for a final decision, followed by an interview.

Maximum requested time off (RTO) is 7 days, with weekend shifts likely every other week. Blocked schedules are not permitted.
