Construction Manager

Our client is a construction firm with offices across DFW, Houston, and Austin, delivering ground-up and renovation projects across commercial, multifamily, and industrial sectors. Key Responsibilities Conduct and document project meetings with clients Manage construction field personnel, including teaming partners Negotiate and approve construction change orders Respond to requests for information (RFIs) Prepare proposals and presentations Prepare and monitor project schedules and budgets Prepare and issue reports and correspondence Approve quantities for measurement and payment purposes Approve construction payment applications Resolve technical issues Perform constructability reviews and value engineering studies Lead risk management assessments Prepare and monitor quality control and assurance plans Develop standard operating procedures Requirements Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred); equivalent field experience considered 6-10+ years of construction management experience, including direct field supervision Strong working knowledge of means, methods, and sequencing across trades Proficient with scheduling software: Microsoft Project, Primavera and/or Suretrak preferred. Completed OSHA 30 class is required. Basic estimating skills preferred. Demonstrates an understanding of accounting and financial management preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr SNIPEBRIDGE
