About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance & Accounting to join its dynamic team. This strategic, hands-on leader will be a key business partner, providing financial insight, and decision support across key business and growth initiatives. The role involves overseeing all financial processes, from accounting and financial reporting to budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analysis. The successful candidate will also play a pivotal role in the company's financial infrastructure evolution, including systems upgrades, automation, and process improvement, and will be instrumental in supporting future growth and M&A activities. Applicants for the Vice President of Finance & Accounting position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' of progressive finance and accounting experience, with a strong foundation in both accounting and controllership, as well as significant experience in FP&A and business decision support. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with a CPA and an MBA or advanced degree being a plus. The ideal candidate will have a background in consumer products, manufacturing, distribution, retail, or a similar inventory-intensive environment, and a proven track record of leading change, including finance systems implementations, process improvement, and M&A integration.
