Corporate Site Security Manager - Onsite Columbus, OH, United States Responsibilities Security & Safety Services of the Columbus, OH location C‑TPAT Champion for site (if applicable) Manage proprietary security services Manage the 3rd‑party vendor security services Direct visitors and control access at all Security Posts Monitor CCTV, security, and fire suppression systems Patrol and secure areas inside and outside the facility Implement physical security improvements Document security and safety related incidents First Responder to a crisis situation with First Aid, CPR, AED Perform any additional related duties as required or assigned Qualifications High school diploma required; higher education preferred 3+ years of related security, law‑enforcement, or military experience Experience with C‑TPAT or regulatory compliance preferred Supervisory experience is highly desirable Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Physical fitness required; proficiency in a martial art or other defensive skill desirable CPR, AED, and First Aid training Leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills Successful completion of pre‑employment background checks and screenings Ability to pass required state training or licensing qualifications Benefits and Compensation Competitive salary ranging from $77,600.00 to $124,900.00, with annual merit increases possible.
