As a receptionist, you'll serve as the welcoming face of the workplace while supporting front desk operations, workplace services, and administrative functions that help create a seamless experience for employees and visitors. From welcoming guests and coordinating visitor access to supporting workplace operations, you'll help create a secure, organized, and exceptional workplace experience while representing the company with professionalism and care. What You'll Do Guest & Front Desk Services Welcome employees, clients, and visitors with a warm and professional approach Register visitors, issue badges, and notify hosts of arrivals Answer and route calls while responding to general inquiries Maintain a clean, organized, and secure reception area Support meeting logistics, event signage, and workplace safety procedures Administrative & Workplace Support Provide administrative support using Microsoft Office applications Submit and monitor maintenance and janitorial requests Manage incoming mail, packages, and deliveries Maintain office logs, records, and workplace communications Collaborate with internal teams and support cross-functional operations as needed What We're Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent required 2–5 years of experience in reception, front office, hospitality, or customer service within a corporate environment Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and sit or stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation Strong customer service and communication skills Professional, polished, and welcoming demeanor Excellent organization, multitasking, and time management skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook Dependable, adaptable, and detail-oriented Travel: None or Negligible Other Duties: Responsibilities and duties may change at any time based on business needs. Compensation: The expected compensation is an estimate, and the final offer will depend on skills, experience, and other job-related factors.
