Role Overview: As an Assistant Service Center Manager , you will support the Service Center Manager in leading a high-performance team to deliver exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities include performing oil changes and vehicle maintenance, supervising daily operations, training new team members, and ensuring adherence to company policies. You will build customer loyalty through excellent service, develop weekly work schedules, assist with inventory management, and maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment. Leadership and team development are key aspects of the role. Qualifications & Skills: Candidates should have at least 1 year of supervisory experience, preferably in retail or service environments, with a customer-first mindset. Ability to work in a fast-paced setting, utilize KPI data for performance improvement, and demonstrate sound judgment are essential. Flexibility for weekend work, fluency in English, and a high school diploma or equivalent are required. Physical ability to stand, climb stairs, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in non-climate-controlled areas is necessary.
