Manufacturing Technician
Labcorp
Labcorp seeks a Manufacturing Technician in Durham, North Carolina to prepare laboratory reagents and solutions, perform quality control assessments, and maintain inventory and manufacturing records according to established protocols and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and manufacture laboratory reagents and solutions according to established protocols and quality standards
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials, reagents, and lab supplies
- Perform quality control assessments on manufactured lab reagents to ensure compliance with standards
- Maintain detailed records of manufacturing processes, quality control results, and inventory levels
- Identify and troubleshoot manufacturing and quality control issues, collaborating on corrective actions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Biological science
- Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, equipment, and procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency with computers and laboratory information systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
