The Role The Business Analyst translates business needs into clear requirements, reporting, and practical solutions across the Business Transformation Office (BTO) portfolio. Working at the intersection of business transformation, technology, data, and process improvement, this role supports defined components of larger initiatives by analyzing business challenges, developing requirements, executing implementation activities, and measuring results. Salesforce is the primary business platform for this role, alongside reporting, automation, and AI-enabled solutions. This is a business-facing implementation role rather than an engineering or platform administration position, partnering with IT when platform-level changes are required. Primary Responsibilities Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear requirements for systems, reporting, workflows, and process improvements. Analyze data and build reports and dashboards in Salesforce and other reporting tools to provide actionable insights and support business decisions. Execute assigned implementation activities, including business requirements, testing, adoption support, and post-launch optimization, while coordinating technical dependencies with IT. Identify opportunities to improve or automate manual processes and responsibly apply AI and automation capabilities within assigned initiatives. Measure solution adoption and outcomes, gather stakeholder feedback, and recommend improvements based on data and business needs. This is a hybrid position, coming into the El Segundo office 3x per week. Work Schedule: Business hours are 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time. Depending on the position and business needs, employees may be required to work any scheduled shift within these operating hours. What You Bring to the Table Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent hands-on experience may be considered. 2–3 years of experience in business systems, data and reporting, implementation, or business analysis. Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, including navigation, reports and dashboards, and translating business needs into configuration requirements. Demonstrated experience using data to inform solution design and business decisions. Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce Flow, integrations, analytics, or AI capabilities preferred; Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus.
