University Home Care

University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated RN Home Health nurse to provide exceptional care to patients in the comfort of their homes in Wayne, MI. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives while working in a supportive and professional environment.
Responsibilities

Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, including assessment, treatment, and education.
Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and physician orders.
Monitor patient progress and communicate effectively with physicians, patients, and families.
Document all patient care activities accurately and timely according to company policies and regulatory standards.
Ensure compliance with infection control procedures and safety protocols.
Participate in ongoing professional development and team meetings to enhance care quality.

Requirements

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan.
Previous experience in home health nursing or related clinical setting preferred.
Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Reliable transportation to travel to patient homes within Wayne, MI area.
CPR certification and other relevant healthcare certifications as required.
