Our mission in Sales Planning is to turn every client brief into an insight-led, multi-channel media plan that drives measurable growth. What you'll be doing New partner prospecting: Owns research, review, and vetting process of all net new partnership opportunities, with support from Inventory partnerships where it makes sense. Planning of all media for existing clients in addition to research, development, and presentation of media plans. Collaborate with internal sales and account management teams to present media plans to clients. Meet with media representatives and analyze proposals and packages. Provide new and profitable ideas to grow clients’ business. Gather, organize and present competitive research and spend data. Maintain effective relationships with clients and vendors/partners. Competencies Media Planning – Develops custom media strategies based on client and audience behaviors and preferences, utilizing key performance indicators to measure and optimize campaign performance. Media Analysis – Proficient in analyzing market research and audience data to inform media strategies, applying strategic thinking to identify and define target audiences. Collaboration & Team Enablement – Collaborates effectively with creative, account management, trading, and analytics teams; leads integrated planning sessions and provides guidance to junior members. Presenting & Influencing – Delivers clear and compelling presentations to clients and internal stakeholders, negotiates effectively with media vendors, and influences key stakeholders to gain buy-in. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business administration/marketing preferred. 3+ years of agency experience required. Experience in digital media planning/buying, including programmatic. Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, Excel and writing skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work on several projects at once. Desire to learn new things, both formally and informally. Occasional travel to supported markets or client events. Compensation MiQ pay philosophy: $80,000 – $105,000 for Chicago location; ranges may vary outside Chicago and include bonus and commission packages. #J-18808-Ljbffr
