This independent remote role combines digital marketing relationship building and sales-related conversations. Youll use established systems to connect with people interested in personal growth introduce digital education programs and guide suitable individuals through a structured information process.

What youll do:

• Create and manage digital marketing campaigns using established systems.
  
  
• Respond to enquiries and speak with prospective clients about their goals and suitability.
  
  
• Introduce personal development and leadership education programs through an established process.
  
  
• Maintain consistent follow-up and accurate records.
  
  
• Participate in ongoing training and apply what you learn to your daily activities.
  
  
• Take responsibility for your schedule activity and results.
  
  

This is an independent performance-based role.

Many begin part-time alongside existing commitments.

Requirements

• At least eight years of professional experience.
  
  
• Experience in business development leadership management marketing sales or client relationships.
  
  
• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with new people.
  
  
• Comfortable undertaking marketing and sales-related activities.
  
  
• Ability to work independently manage your time and follow a structured process.
  
  
• Capacity to commit approximately 1520 hours per week.
  
  
• Reliable internet access a computer and a phone.
  
  
• A genuine interest in personal development and willingness to learn.
  
  
• Based in the USA or Canada.
  
  

This role is not suitable for students or those new to the workforce. Applicants should be comfortable with an independent performance-based structure.
