Responsibilities Leading your team who is: Operating various kitchen equipment: oven, mixer, etc. Making dough, balling dough, frosting and decorating cookies Maintaining proper storage of food products Maintaining cleanliness of the facility Ensuring quality standards are met Communicating with General Manager and other shifts Creating a positive customer experience Must be 18 years or older for the Shfit Lead position.
