Kaiser Permanente Washington Permanente Medical Group seeks a part-time provider (0.1 FTE) to support the SHARP, Peer Review, and Medication Safety initiatives. This role reviews select new drug starts and discusses treatment options with the member's specialist, aligning with KP clinical pathways. In partnership with KPWA Pharmacy staff, the provider adjudicates coverage requests using established criteria, documents decisions with rationale, and supports medical directors and care management #J-18808-Ljbffr Kaiser Permanente - Washington Permanente Medical Group (WPMG)
