Overview Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 states, has immediate openings for Healthcare Litigation Attorneys in its Marlton office with 3+ years’ experience. The position involves engagement in complex litigation in both state and federal court, as well as in arbitration. Experience handling litigation on behalf of health insurers, including defending payor-provider litigation, is highly preferred. Experience with ERISA litigation is a plus. Priority is given to applicants in Pennsylvania. Ideal candidates must be team players with excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills, possess strong academic backgrounds, proven skills in research, and be self‑starters who are able to handle assignments with minimal supervision. Trial experience is preferred but not required. Candidates must be licensed and admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. We offer competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package, including eligibility for both discretionary and performance-based bonuses, as well as student loan repayment assistance. Pay Range Associates (approximately 1-6+ years): $100,000–$165,000; Senior Counsel/Of Counsel (approximately 5 years or more): $140,000–$215,000; Partners (approximately 7 years or more): $190,000–$275,000+. Actual compensation is tailored to each individual and may vary based on factors such as experience, skills, practice area, business generation, work arrangement, and geographic market.
