Pathways Within – Wisdom & Wellness Collaborative Overview Pathways Within – Wisdom & Wellness Collaborative is expanding its clinician network through an MSO–MSA (Management Services Organization/Management Services Agreement) structure designed for long-term, compliant partnership. This engagement enables licensed Psychiatric NPs and Psychiatrists to retain full ownership of their professional entity while leveraging our infrastructure, systems, and referral pipeline. You bring clinical excellence. We handle the business operations. Partnership Structure Engagement operates under an MSO–MSA to maintain a clear separation between clinical and administrative functions. Each clinician practices through their own Professional Corporation (PC). The MSO provides services under the d/b/a "Pathways Within – Wisdom & Wellness Collaborative". Rachel Lessard, LCSW P.C., participates as a member within the MSO to streamline shared benefits, infrastructure, and continuity of care. Malpractice & Liability Each clinician maintains individual professional liability (malpractice) coverage under their PC. The MSO does not provide group malpractice coverage and does not deliver clinical care.
