Finance Manager
Location: Akron, Ohio (Hybrid) Salary: $80,000 to $85,000 depending on experience.

Position Overview: The Finance Manager will serve as a key financial leader supporting business operations across multiple locations. This role partners closely with leadership teams to provide financial insight, support operational decision-making, improve profitability, and drive process efficiencies. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical capabilities, commercial finance experience, and the ability to work cross-functionally within a dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to provide financial analysis and strategic decision-making support
- Lead preparation and review of financial reporting and account reconciliations
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and annual financial planning activities
- Analyze financial trends, operational performance, and business metrics to identify opportunities and risks
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field required
- CPA or equivalent certification preferred
- 5+ years of relevant finance or accounting experience preferred
