About the Role
The Company is seeking a strategic and experienced Head of Marketing to join their team. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of health tech innovation, driving real change in healthcare with a focus on competitive positioning, B2B lead generation, external communications, PR, and content strategy. This role is pivotal in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that elevate the brand and enhance market visibility. The Head of Marketing will collaborate with sales and business development teams, produce persuasive marketing materials, and create compelling narratives around products. They will also be responsible for planning and executing strategic public relations campaigns, designing a robust content strategy, and ensuring all marketing activities adhere to regulations and ethical guidelines. Applicants for the Head of Marketing position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field, with an advanced degree preferred. A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in brand management or marketing, particularly within SaaS sales and startup environments, is required. The role demands a strong ability to analyze data and trends, exceptional communication skills, and expertise in managing multiple projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and inspiring high-performing teams, as well as experience in creating custom marketing campaigns, managing trade shows, and organizing webinars.
