Dispatcher

Alliance Detective & Security Service, Inc, seeks to hire dispatchers who are friendly, professional, have customer service and security experience. Dispatchers work in a secure operations center where they monitor CCTV cameras, answer phone and radio calls, manage and direct assets and resources during shift. Requires strict attention to detail, ability to multi-task, read, write and communicate in English. Work shifts: Part-time and full-time opportunities. We are looking for candidates that have flexibility with second and third shifts. Must be able to work weekends and holidays. Must be available 2 shifts per week and at least one weekend day per week. Minimum Requirements High School diploma or equivalent 19+ years of age Valid Drivers' License and Personally Owned Vehicle 1 year of security experience Capable of following complex instructions Knowledge of security operations and procedures Proven prior dispatch experience Prior Central Station experience (monitor phones, radios, alarms, and CCTV) Experience with Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) system Flexible work availability Command presence Excellent written and verbal communication skills Personal cell phone Personal e-mail (to accept and confirm shift assignments) Willingness to participate in the company's screening process, including drug screen and background investigation Ability to pass a CORI/SORI check Essential Job Tasks Maintain a fully accurate dispatch log during your shift Report Writing Computer skills (word, excel, scan/fax) Conflict management/resolution Phone and radio protocols Benefits Medical Dental Vision Life Insurance 401(K) Retirement Plan Paid Time Off (PTO) Potential for Upward Mobility On-the-Job Training Uniforms Alliance Security is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
