Miller Environmental Group Customer Support Associate - Branch Operations Support Location: Charlotte, NC (onsite) Job Type: Full Time Overview: Miller Environmental Group (MEG) is seeking a Contracts and Customer Support Associate to provide dedicated coverage and management of the company’s 1-800 service line while also supporting the administrative needs of the Contracts team. The 1-800 line is a critical communication channel for service calls and external inquiries, and this position will help ensure consistent responsiveness, proper call routing, and improved customer experience. In addition to service line support, this role will provide administrative assistance to the Contracts team to support departmental organization and operational efficiency. The role is expected to dedicate approximately 30% of time to management of the 1-800 line and service call coordination, with the remaining 70% focused on Contracts team administrative support. Compensation & Benefits: Pay: $22 to $27/hour depending on experience Medical, dental, and vision coverage beginning the first day of the month following hire 401(k) with dollar‑for‑dollar company match up to 4% 15 paid days off annually (which increases each year of service) plus 10 paid holidays Company‑paid life insurance Long‑term career growth with a company that promotes from within and invests in its people Key Responsibilities: 1‑800 Line Support Answer and route calls from the 1‑800 line in a timely and professional manner Ensure service calls and inquiries are directed appropriately Maintain responsiveness and communication consistency for incoming calls Contracts Team Administrative Support Request and manage Certificates of Insurance (COIs) Create and update SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures) Complete vendor forms, customer setup paperwork, and prequalification requests Assist with bid submittals, proposal preparation, and project‑related administrative support Support additional projects and administrative initiatives as needed Required Qualifications: Strong attention to detail Excellent organizational skills Consistent follow‑through Ability to manage multiple priorities Strong communication and customer service skills Education & Experience: Associate degree preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered 2+ years of administrative, contracts, customer service, or office support experience preferred Experience supporting construction, service, operations, or contract administration teams is a plus Experience with bid submittals, vendor compliance, or document management About Miller Environmental Group: Miller Environmental Group is an environmental services company specializing in emergency response, remediation, and industrial cleaning.
