Our UK-based client is hiring a full-time, remote Marketing Analyst based in South Africa. You will turn campaign data into decisions: tracking performance, building dashboards and telling the team plainly what to double down on and what to stop. This is a long-term role on UK business hours.

The client is a UK business that invests properly in marketing and expects the numbers to earn their keep. They want an analyst who is curious before clever - someone who asks why a metric moved before announcing that it did.

Key responsibilities include:

• Track campaign performance across paid, organic, email and social channels
• Build and maintain dashboards that the whole team actually uses
• Analyse funnel performance from first click to closed customer
• Report weekly with clear findings and specific recommendations
• Run A/B test analysis and champion statistically honest conclusions
• Maintain clean tracking: UTMs, conversions and attribution hygiene
• Partner with marketers to turn insight into next month's plan

Mornings start in the dashboards: what moved overnight, what is trending against target, what needs a closer look. You will dig into anomalies properly - segmenting, comparing and validating before drawing conclusions.

Through the week you will prepare the performance report, review test results, and sit with the marketing team to translate numbers into choices. You will leave every meeting having made the next action clearer, not just the data prettier.
