Office Coordinator, PT/OT Clinic

Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush (MOR) is a nationally recognized leader in orthopedic services. We are seeking a full‑time Office Coordinator for our outpatient rehabilitation clinic in Geneva, IL. The Office Coordinator will provide professional, friendly customer service and perform various administrative tasks. Responsibilities Professionally greet patients, answer calls, schedule appointments, and complete administrative processing (authorizations and verifications). Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA guidelines. Ensure clinic cleanliness and safety. Process, distribute, and track documentation to physicians. Handle incoming calls and client inquiries promptly. Manage appointment cancellations and rescheduling. Operate and maintain office equipment. Communicate patient progress to physicians, nurse case managers, adjusters, and attorneys via fax, email, or phone. Support the Facility Manager with daily clinic operations. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; front desk experience preferred in PT clinic. Excellent customer service skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Knowledge of healthcare insurance benefits and coverage preferred. Strong teamwork and leadership sense. Enjoy interacting with people. Compensation & Benefits Pay Range: $19.00–$20.00 per hour.
