We are seeking an aggressive, forward-thinking and highly motivated candidate to work in a fast paced environment.Schedule:Day shift: 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday – FridayResponsibilities will include but not be limited to:Sourcing, screening, and hiring for various positions including general laborers, drivers and equipment operatorsApplicant screening, processing, and follow upsTracking data and completing reportsEnsuring applicants meet federal and local eligibility requirementsTravelling to participate in job fairs and trade shows as neededThe ideal candidate should possess the following:Experience in Customer Service or Sales (Preferred)Bachelor's or Associate's degree (Preferred)Effective oral and written communication skillsStrong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office
