Benefits Health, Dental, Vision Paid Time Off Tuition reimbursement 401k match and additional yearly contribution Yearly performance appraisals and team award bonus Community discounts Position Details Location: Winter Haven Hospital Status: Fulltime Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (8 hrs) On Call: Yes Weekend Work: Occasional Remote: Never Shift 1 = Days, 2 = Evenings, 3 = Nights, 4 = Varies Summary The Cardiovascular Operating Room RN responsibilities include: RN independently cares for a sub‑specialty group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards RN delegates appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team RN is responsible for professional accountability and development according to best practice standards set forth by a nationally recognized specialty organization RN also performs the role of preceptor and charge nurse when assigned Experience Requirements This position requires a minimum of two years of experience as an RN. For this position, we strongly prefer at least one year RN experience in the Operating Room for consideration. Cardiovascular Operating Room experience preferred.
