2nd Shift Production Supervisor - Transformers

Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor - Transformers. This role is based out of our Waukesha, WI location. No relocation assistance will be provided. The expected annual salary range for this role is $86000 - $126000 a year. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. What you’ll do: As a Production Supervisor, you will direct departmental activities and initiate/participate in cross‑functional activities to accomplish the objectives of safety, quality, on‑time delivery, inventory, productivity, and continuous improvement, which focuses on removing cost from the business as well as meeting departmental metrics, goals, and objectives. Champion a Zero Incident safety culture and ensure compliance with safety standards. Align Eaton Quality System priorities with department needs and drive continuous improvement. Manage daily operations, set production priorities, and coordinate support resources. Review inventory and assign work to meet schedule and business requirements. Facilitate shift coordination and assign direct/indirect labor effectively. Coach teams on safety, quality, and productivity performance. Monitor equipment and facility conditions; issue maintenance work orders as needed. Maintain associate records, including attendance, OT, vacation, training, and time‑off. Manage department budgets and lead routine communication meetings. Support training and onboarding for new employees. Coordinate job bidding and verify candidate eligibility. Lead cross‑functional teams to improve processes and achieve plant goals. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution or completion of Eaton’s Front Line Leader Associate program Two (2) years of experience in a manufacturing or operations environment One (1) year of supervisory experience Eaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position.
