Support casino promotions, VIP events, and resort initiatives Ensure compliance with health department regulations and company policies Performs other duties as assigned Detailed Descriptions Of Experience Or Educational Requirements 3+ years of food & beverage management experience, Restaurant, casino, hotel, or resort experience preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Experience with scheduling, inventory, and labor management Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs require. Knowledge of responsible alcohol service practices Must be able to receive and maintain all required certifications for casino operations. Must complete all required company training Preferred Background Experience overseeing both FOH and BOH operations High-volume hospitality or casino experience Familiarity with POS and inventory systems GAMBLING PROBLEM?
