You should also have a track record of influencing and presenting to senior business and technology leaders and driving critical delivery initiatives at the highest levels. Strong executive communications, customer engagement, and cloud operations proficiency are essential.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for GPU NPI programs, working with multiple vendors and internal teams to achieve successful and impactful GPU NPI outcomes.Influence, activate, and orchestrate across teams to build alignment and drive results.Provide program and project management expertise to complex business initiatives that are global in nature, understanding interdependencies between process, technology, and people needsDevelop program workstreams, identify core milestones, and ensure that goals are in line with customer and business objectivesInfluence, activate, and orchestrate across teams to build alignment and drive results, managing feedback/pain points from our customers and stakeholdersBuild relationships and collaborate globally with stakeholders and partners to deliver outcomes across the organization, ensuring a shared understanding of progress and performanceSeek opportunities to bring about ongoing improvement and simplification in business operating procedures and practices leading to improved efficiency and effectivenessTrack and manage priorities and committed actions to drive progress and provide actionable insights.Experience identifying, measuring, and adjusting plans against key business metricsQualifications10+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in cloudDirect experience working with cross-organizational teams, including at the executive levelProven track record leading high-skill teams who are resolving complex and high-impact challengesA high degree of organization and ability to manage multiple competing prioritiesAbility to work independently and propose solutionsAbility to influence operational leaders to achieve the business objectivesExcellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skillsProficient in Excel, (e.g. PivotTables, lookups, if-statements, macros), JIRA queries, and BI toolsKnowledgeable in PowerPoint, and Confluence
