Temporary SPICE Lab Program Assistant

Temporary SPICE Lab Program Assistant Northwestern University is seeking a temporary SPICE Lab Program Assistant. We are hiring an organized program assistant to keep a fast-moving research lab at Northwestern University running smoothly, from human-subjects studies to travel, purchasing, and day-to-day operations. Support data collection studies: participant recruitment and scheduling, IRB paperwork, consent, and participant payments Book travel, rooms, and meetings; build itineraries; maintain the lab calendar and deadlines Handle purchasing, reimbursements, and expense documentation Track equipment, inventory, and supplies; manage vendor relationships Onboard new students and staff Minimum qualifications: 2+ years in lab management, research coordination, or office administration Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through Experience with IRB processes is a plus In addition to salary, this temporary position is eligible for paid time off and paid sick time in accordance with Northwestern University policies.
