Machine Operator, LeadLocation: Abilene, TX, US, 79601Work days/Shift Hours – Monday - Friday 1 PM - 5 PMCompensation: Starting pay ranges from $22.61 to $27.00 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.General Purpose: Responsible for operating various manual and automated equipment in the production process.Duties and Responsibilities:Set up machinery ensuring all production material are availableAssist with change overs as necessarySafely operate and monitor all equipmentVisually inspect production run and report malfunctions to maintenance departmentMaintain required recordsMaintain cleanliness of assigned areaEnsure compliance with regulatory and company policies and proceduresQualifications:Education: High School - GED or Diploma required.
