This is a role where you can make a real difference.What You'll DoConfigure and manage CRMs across platforms — we adopt our clients' preferred toolsBuild automation workflows: segmentation, triggers, lead routing, and lifecycle stagesTrain client teams to use their CRM to its full potentialImplement and QA conversion tracking through Google Tag Manager, GA4, and platform pixelsFeed revenue data back into campaigns so teams optimize against real outcomes, not vanity metricsSurface insights that change what we do next — flag what's working, what's not, and where budget should moveConnect client systems through native integrations, APIs, or platforms like Zapier or MakeUse AI tools daily — we're Claude enthusiasts, and helping lead the team's AI adoption is a genuine plusJump into unfamiliar platforms and channels with a get-it-done attitude and come back with answersWhat You Bring3–5 years in digital marketing with meaningful hands-on time on the technical and measurement sideAgency experience and certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or HubSpot are a strong plusHands-on with Google Tag Manager and GA4 (event/conversion tracking setup and QA) and CRM administrationComfortable with Zapier or Make, with a solid grasp of lead tracking, attribution, and linking marketing to revenueBreadth across channels — some paid social, WordPress, or SEO exposure makes the technical work sharperA marketer's instinct who ties technical decisions to business outcomes and communicates clearly to clients and teammatesA competitive benefits package including health, dental, and vision coverage, paid parental leave, 401(k) matching, PTO, company holidays, and ongoing support for education and professional development.Great marketing runs on systems that work.
