Job Description: We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst for our Federal Government customer at the client location in Rosslyn VA.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Technical Analyst, or similar role supporting enterprise IT initiatives.
• Experience supporting enterprise data platforms, data modernization, business intelligence, analytics, or cloud-based data solutions.
• Experience gathering and documenting complex business and technical requirements.
• Experience translating business requirements into user stories, features, epics, and acceptance criteria for Agile delivery teams.
• Experience managing Agile backlogs using Azure DevOps or Jira.
• Strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies.
• Working knowledge of Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Lake, Power BI, and Azure SQL Database.
• Understanding of cloud-based ETL/ELT pipelines and data integration.
• Experience supporting or working within cloud-specific data governance practices.
• Understanding of cloud consumption and cost considerations, including compute and storage.
• Experience working directly with technical engineering teams to deliver cloud-based solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate with and present information to technical and non-technical audiences at different organizational levels.
