Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Huntington, IN Outpatient Clinic

Schedule / Job Type

Contract Per Diem Days Onsite (see shift report)

Key Responsibilities

Provide primary care and acute episodic care for patients ages 2+

Manage chronic conditions and wellness/preventive care

Perform Workers' Comp evaluations, RTW / Fit-for-Duty determinations

Provide occupational health services (pre-employment physicals, testing, clearances)

Perform procedures such as suturing/laceration repair, splinting/minor fracture care Required Qualifications

Active NP or PA license; national certification required

DEA required

Minimum 2 years of primary/family medicine experience

Must be approved to see patients ages 2+ Preferred Experience / Skills

Walk-in / urgent care health center background

Pediatrics experience

Athena EMR experience a plus

DOT certification a plus (not required) Why Join Us
