Contract | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | 5x8-Hour Shifts (6:30 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday–Friday) | 1 weekend per 6 weeks | Holiday coverage as needed | Call possible

Key Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative nursing care within a general and trauma operating room environment
• Participate in scheduled weekend rotations and holiday coverage as assignedli> Respond to on-call needs as required, which may include varied or weekend shifts
• Complete facility-required orientation modules during the designated orientation period
• Adhere to all facility compliance requirements, including emergency team assignments as directed by unit management during emergency events

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license – Compact or Louisiana license required and must be in hand at time of submittal
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Operating Room specialty
• AHA certifications required
• NURSYS report required and must be current within 4 weeks of submission date
• Must reside more than 65 miles from the facility (as verified by address on driver's license)
• Two Manager or Supervisor references required prior to start (Charge RN references not accepted; PDF format required)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in both general OR and trauma settings strongly preferred
• BLS certification preferred; facility will provide BLS training if not currently held
• Prior travel nursing experience preferred; first-time travelers will be considered
