Ons vak, het opvangvak, is voortdurend in ontwikkeling. Het COA is een organisatie die zich continu aanpast aan de veranderende vraag vanuit de politiek en samenleving, evenals het fluctuerende aantal bewoners. In deze dynamiek zorgen leidinggevenden en medewerkers voor leefbaarheid, beheersbaarheid en veiligheid op de centra, zodat bewoners kunnen werken aan hun toekomst. Het COA zoekt voor het team IT Infrastructuur een Scrum Master (beleidsadviseur).Wil jij impact maken in een organisatie die volop in transitie is? Bij het COA, het Centraal Orgaan opvang asielzoekers, zoeken wij een Scrum Master die een sleutelrol speelt om collega's, teams en de organisatie het beste in zichzelf naar boven te halen. Als Scrum Master begeleid je ons team en afdeling in het verbeteren van processen en werkmethoden en draag je bij aan een cultuur van zelforganisatie en continue verbetering.### Wat ga je doen?Als Scrum Master werk je binnen het team Infrastructuur. Dit team is verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud en beheer van de gehele technische IT-infrastructuur van het COA en bestaat uit een aantal agile teams. Voor twee van deze teams zijn wij op zoek naar een Scrum Master. Je krijgt dus twee teams onder je hoede.Als Scrum Master bevorder je het optimaal gebruik van agile werkwijzen binnen het IT-beheerteam. Je hebt een coachende rol, faciliteert processen en zorgt ervoor dat obstakels snel worden opgelost. Daarnaast draag je actief bij aan de groei van het team en de organisatie, en werk je aan het verhogen van de agile volwassenheid. Samen zorgen jullie voor IT die menswaardige opvang verrijkt.### Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:* Faciliteren: Je helpt het team om zich te focussen op hun doel en zorgt ervoor dat ze efficiënt werken, zowel in de dagelijkse activiteiten als tijdens de agile events.* Coachen: Je begeleidt het team naar een cultuur van zelforganisatie en eigenaarschap. Je ondersteunt de Product Owner en helpt het team bij het verbeteren van samenwerking en communicatie.* Oplossen van impediments: Je identificeert en helpt bij het oplossen van zowel interne als teamoverstijgende obstakels.* Leren en ontwikkelen: Je draagt bij aan de groei van het team door trainingen en workshops te verzorgen die aansluiten bij hun leerbehoeften en helpt hen om transparantie en feedbackloops te integreren in hun werkwijze.* Organisatieverbeteringen: Je pakt proactief verbeteringen op die helpen de COA ICT-organisatie te verbeteren. Binnen en buiten de afdeling.### Eisen* Je bent proactief en op mensen afstapt. Het COA is op zoek naar een zelfstarter die zijn weg snel weet te vinden in een nieuwe werkomgeving.* Je hebt een afgeronde opleiding op hbo-niveau.* Je hebt hbo werk- en denkniveau en minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring als Scrum Master, bij voorkeur in een DevOps-omgeving in de publieke sector.* Je hebt een bedrijfskundige of technische achtergrond, ervaring met agile werken.* Je bent fulltime beschikbaar voor de genoemde periode.* Je bent in het bezit van de relevante certificeringen, te weten PSM I en PSM II.### Wensen en competenties### Competenties* Jij hebt ervaring met het begeleiden van teams in een agile omgeving en hebt een passie voor zowel het ontwikkelen van mensen als het verbeteren van processen.* Coachen en faciliteren is voor jou meer dan een taak, het is een mindset die je actief toepast.* Je begrijpt dat agile werken vaak met uitdagingen komt.
