Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative
Order & Inbound Support: Manage a steady volume of incoming phone calls and digital inquiries regarding beverage orders, delivery schedules, and product availability.
Client Resource: Act as a reliable point of contact, offering accounts (retailers, restaurants, and bars) precise details regarding product catalogs, pricing, and active promotions.
Problem Resolution: Efficiently investigate and resolve delivery discrepancies, inventory shortages, or billing inquiries to preserve high levels of customer satisfaction.
Precision Documentation: Maintain accurate account records by entering detailed order modifications, tracking notes, and updates into the distribution database in real time.
Team Collaboration: Partner with logistics, warehouse, and sales teams to streamline delivery workflows and resolve complex customer needs effectively.
Qualifications of the Customer Service Representative
Experience: Previous experience in a call center or high-touch customer support environment is required; a background in logistics, hospitality, or food and beverage distribution is highly preferred.
Efficiency: A proven ability to manage competing priorities and track delivery logistics while maintaining strict accuracy and organization.
Technical Savvy: Comfortable navigating order management software, CRM platforms, and standard office software suites.
Professionalism: A positive, adaptable attitude with a willingness to assist in administrative tasks and team-wide initiatives.
Local Presence: Reliable ability to commute to our facility located in West Greenwich, RI.
