Site Coordinator School Based Suicide Prevention Program

Job Summary Corewell Health Behavioral Health is seeking a Resource Site Coordinator to support our School-Based Suicide Prevention Program throughout Southeast Michigan. In this role, you will partner with a team of Clinical Program Specialists who provide suicide prevention education and training to school personnel and community partners across more than 100 school districts. The Site Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring training events run smoothly by providing on‑site logistical and administrative support. Responsibilities include greeting participants, preparing training materials, assisting with registration and surveys, supporting presenters, coordinating training space and audiovisual needs, and completing post‑training documentation. This position offers the opportunity to travel throughout Southeast Michigan during the academic school year while contributing to an important mission focused on youth mental health and suicide prevention. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer‑service oriented, comfortable working independently and as part of a team, and possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel within the region are required. Responsibilities Greet participants and provide a welcoming, courteous environment. Prepare and distribute training materials and assist with registration and survey procedures. Support presenters and coordinate training space and audiovisual requirements. Complete post‑training documentation and reports. Perform basic office duties such as sorting/distributing mail, copying, filing, faxing, completing forms, and ordering/maintaining equipment and supplies. Maintain schedule and daily calendar for staff members, rooms, and equipment, making independent judgments regarding priorities and rescheduling. Arrange conference/travel and meetings as needed. Collect, compile, and prepare data for analysis; develop systems for tracking data and manipulating data to create reports. Qualifications Associate's Degree or equivalent in office administration/secretarial science. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in secretarial/clerical work and computer proficiency. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in administrative projects, program management, hospital/physician office, statistical data collection and analysis. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in high‑volume service industry in business or accounting, cash handling, data systems, managed care, and Medicare product industry. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a health care or medical research environment. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in dealing with the public, preferably in a medical or customer service field. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in database development. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a clinical setting directing the workload of others, specimen collection and client services.
