Candidates who are in commuting distance to a Ford hub location may be required to be onsite four or more days per week. #LI-Hybrid #LI-LB1What you'll do...Strategic Execution: Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-year programs spanning mobile apps, cloud applications / infrastructure, and connected vehicle experiences.Portfolio Management: Contribute to strategic planning and resource orchestration across the portfolio; proactively identify structural constraints and optimize capacity against priorities.Technical Leadership: Leverage a deep understanding of cloud/mobile/vehicle interdependencies to shape technical direction, assess engineering trade-offs, and guide teams through complex design decisions.Stakeholder & Change Management: Build consensus across diverse global teams and senior leadership. Establish rigorous scope-control processes and manage the impact of changes on the program baseline.Risk & Governance: Establish proactive risk-mitigation systems and governance frameworks. Actively manage identified risks, driving impediments to closure. Define and track Technical Success Metrics (KPIs/QoS) to drive data-based improvements and engineering excellence.Operational Influence: Influence without direct authority across software systems and divisions.
